New Transparent Raster Layer 650x650

open your frame of choice. I used one I made,
copy and paste as new layer
duplicate and hide the duplicate layer for now.

open paper 8 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers and Hide for right now
Repeat steps with paper 1

Open paper 4 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame layer and erase all parts on the outside

Now un-hide Paper 1 and go to Layers
Select New Mask Layer, From image, select from drop down and hit ok
Merge Group and do the same with Paper 8 using your second mask

Open your close up tube layer,
copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and erase all parts on the outside

Open full length tube layer copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers and resize down 2 times by 70% and again by 80%
Mirror and move to the left

open element 158 copy and paste as new layer
resize up by 110%
Move below the paper 4 layer

open element 132 copy and paste as new layer
Move below element 158

open element 42 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the full tube layer and to the bottom of the frame

Open element 4 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and mvoe below element 42

open element 133 copy and paste as new layer
Mirror and move to the left below the tube layer

Open element 107 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times and move behind the tube layer slightly. 
As if it is hiding behind the tube

open element 76 copy and paste as new layer
Mirror and move below element 42
erase parts that is on the left side showing behind the tube

open element 112 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 60%
Move above element 76  to the right

open element 144 copy and paste as new layer
resize 3 times by 60% and move to the right of element 112

Open element 81 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 4 times by 60%
Mirror and move to the top right above all other layers
see mine for exact placement.

element 30 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80% and move near the bottom

open paper 10 copy and paste as new layer
Move below element 30 and erase all parts on the outside

open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Place as desired below element 30 and erase parts on the outside
Add a luminance legacy

open your full length tube copy and paste as new layer
Mirror and move to the right above all  above element 30
Duplicate element 30 and move above the tube layer
erase the part of her legs on the bottom of ele30
Now highlight ele 30 and erase parts that are covering the tube

open element 51 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 2 times by 60% and then again 1 time by 80%
Move to the bottom left above all other layers

open element 13 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80%
move below all other layers and to the top

open element 5 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80%
Mirror and Flip and Move below all other layers

open element 25 copy and paste as new layer
place as desired above all other layers and erase all but 2 of the lady bugs

Open element 48 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80% and move to the right above all other layers

open element7  copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 60%
Move to the right above element 48

add name copyright and save
Make sure you add your license number

Open frame 1  copy and paste as new layer
place in the center

Open paper 8 copy and paste as new layer
Move below frame layer
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Open close up tube layer
copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 70% and place below the frame layer
place as desired and duplicate, place the duplicate layers as desired
Move above original and merge..
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Duplicate the merged tube layer
highlight the original
add a Gaussian blur to desired settings
Add a luminance legacy
Highlight the duplicated layer and add an over lay

Open the full length tube layer
copy and paste as new layer
resize 1 time by 80% and to the left above all oher layers

Open the grass mound copy and paste as new layer
move below the tube layer and to the right
I have it to where the tube is sitting on the grass, Duplicate the grass mound and Mirror.
Moving to the right

open the butterflies copy and paste as new layer
Move to the right above all other layers
Erase what is covering the tube layer

open flowers 3 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 90 % and move below the butterflies
and below the tube layer

Open the froggie copy and paste as new layer
resize down 4 times by 92 % and move below the Tube layer
above the flowers

open flower scatter copy and paste as new layer
place as desired below the elements and erase all excess

add name copyright and save

move to the right below the tube layer

open record 2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 50% and then 3 more times by 80%
Move below the tube layer to the right

open skateboard 2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 80% and move to the right
below the tube and above all other elements

open star 2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 60% 2 times and move to the top left
below the tube layer
Repeat with Star 1 and move below 2

Open floral Blue copy and pastew as new layer
Go to Layers, New Mask Layer from Image
Find your mask in the drop down and hit ok.
Merge Group

open doodle2 copy and paste as new layer
move above all other layers and to the bottom

open the blue metal frame
resize down 3 times by 80% and move below the doodle

Open Vellum Pink copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame
erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80% and move to the center above all other layers

open the fan copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 80% and move to the center below the tube layer

Open the pink lilly copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 40% and move to the left
above the fan layer

Open pink pearl doodle copy and paste as new layer
Mirror  and move to the left  below the tube layer
Add a drop shadow

Open the pink net flower copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 40% and move to the top right
below the tube layer
Resize 3 more times by 80% and adjust the position

open the pink btfly copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 40% and move to the bottom left
above all other layers

Open element 25 copy and paste as new layer
re-size down 1 time by 80%  Placing in the center

open paper 16 copy and paste as new layer
Move below element 25
erase all parts of the paper on the outside of the frame

Open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Re-size 1 time by 80 % and Move below the right side of the frame
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame
Duplicate and place in the left side of the frame
Merge down and duplicate

Hide the duplicated Layer for right now and highlight the Original
Go to Effects, Xero Porcelain with the following settings

Go to Adjust, Blur   add a Gaussian Blur with the following settings

add a black and white Film
Un-hide the duplicate layer and add an overlay

Open Element 14 copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers and slightly near the bottom

Open your tube again copy and paste as new layer
Re-size down by 80% 4 times and Mirror
Place to where she is sitting on the grass

open element 9 copy and paste as new layer
Re-size down 4 times by 80% and move to the right
below the tube layer

Open element 87 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the grass layer 

open element 52 copy and paste as new layer
Move above element 87 

Open element 103 copy and paste as new layer
Move below element 52 and to the right
Erase parts covering the right tube

open element 7 copy and paste as new layer
re-size down 4 times by 80% and Free rotate to the left by 25
Move below the full tube layer

Open element 13 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the full tube layer and to the right
erase the few big butterflies
