DISCLAIMER
I have been made aware of the some of
you not being able to find the kits or Tubes I have used in my
Tutorials. Sometimes The Scrap Designer changes the kit, Takes it down
or decides to make it Pay To Use instead of Free to Use or Takes it from Pay to Use to Free To Use.
Sometimes they stop selling all together. This is something I CAN NOT CONTROL. I know that it can be frustrating at times but that is the way the PSP Community works at times and always will..
Many Artists decide to stop selling their tubes all together or change stores.. This is something I CAN NOT CONTROL. I only hold license to use the artists work. Sometimes
their will be a point when a certain artist will stop selling and you
will still see their work, You can not purchase their tubes anymore. I
can however update you on what artist is selling where at that point in
time..Now that DOES NOT MEAN that
in 1 year from now you will go back to that store and find the same
artist.. If anything substitute the kit and the tube.. Make your own. My Tutorial is merely a guide and my way of creating. GET YOUR OWN.

All items on this blog that that contain a download link are made by me. Cluster Frames are made from kits that I have purchased in the past. Do not share these items. Please directly link to my blog.
